Smokin!Absolutely the best way to prepare meat is to smoke it. There is nothing like a pulled pork BBQ sandwich, a beef brisket, chicken, or turkey slow cooked I recently became a fan of Alton Brown's Good Eats show. This show has expanded my culinary horizons. In particular, it has taught me how to master the fine art of Smokin! There are many fine smokers available. However, you will quickly discover that you can spend several hundred (if not thousands) for a quality ceramic smoker. However, if you are willing to piece one together yourself, you can get high quality meat from a homemade terra cotta smoker for around $100. My Personal Smokin' Recipes Can be found here. Hope you enjoy, and can discover the joy of smoking your own meals very soon. |
